RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

FutureKind products are printed to order. Please review the product description, colour selection and Size and Fit Guide carefully before placing your order.

CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE AND COLOUR SELECTIONS

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges where you:

• change your mind;
• select the wrong size, style or colour;
• decide that the fit or colour is not suitable; or
• no longer require the product.

This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If an item is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or not the item you ordered, please contact support@futurekind.com.au as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the issue; and
• clear photographs showing the product and the problem.

Do not return an item before contacting us. We will provide instructions after reviewing the issue.

Where a product does not meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. The appropriate remedy will depend on whether the problem is major or minor. Where required, FutureKind will cover reasonable return costs for a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We may be able to assist if production has not begun, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted for printing.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times are determined by Shopify, the payment provider and your financial institution, and may take several business days to appear.

The amount refunded cannot exceed the amount originally paid for the relevant product or order.
