SHIPPING POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

FutureKind products are printed to order in Melbourne by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner. The delivery estimates shown at checkout include both production and delivery time.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY

Standard shipping - made to order

• $11 per order
• Free for Australian orders containing three or more items
• Estimated delivery: 8–20 business days

Express shipping - made to order

• $16 per order
• Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days

Express shipping provides faster delivery after production. It does not provide priority printing or shorten the production process.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Regional and remote destinations, stock availability, production volumes, carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

TRACKING

Australian orders are sent with tracking. When an order is dispatched, the tracking details will normally be added to the Shopify order and a shipping confirmation will be emailed to the address supplied at checkout.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact support@futurekind.com.au immediately if an address needs to be corrected.

Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, an address change may not be possible. Additional delivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Public international checkout is not currently available. International orders for FutureKind leaders, ground teams or other approved recipients may be arranged directly with FutureKind.

International delivery times, charges, tracking availability, duties and taxes vary by destination and will be confirmed where applicable. Recipients may be responsible for local customs duties, import taxes or related charges.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If your tracking information indicates a problem, or your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery window, please contact support@futurekind.com.au with your order number.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
